"MY NEW BEST FRIEND.... it isn't just a 'vacuum cleaner' it is sooooo much more. Not only does this clean better than ANY other vacuum I've ever had (including the bulky-heavy Kirby and Rainbow). Not only does it clean like no other-there was an added benefit that was unexpected-the dust in the house and my allergies - almost NON-EXISTENT. My hubby and I work with a Pekingese Rescue and have any where from 2 to 5 long hair pooches at any given time and hair EVERYWHERE. Before I would vacuum, only to turn around and see all that was missed - NOT ANY MORE. I run it ONCE and when I look back I don't have to go back and TRY to get it a second time around. ONCE and I'm FINISHED (until the next day anyway). THANK YOU FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL PRODUCT... I have passed along nothing but praises for the Shark Navigator. I have and will continue to recommend it to anyone and every needing a reliable - once and you are done professional quality equipment. LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU - THANKS ! "
