Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund via the same method that was used for payment, less the return shipping charge if you use our UPS return label. Refunds are usually processed within 2 days after receipt of the item yet can take an additional 2 to 4 business days for the credit to be reflected on your statement.

New, unopened merchandise will be refunded the purchase price. Opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. An open item that is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manual will be subject to an additional Missing Item fee.



60 Day Return Policy

While we hope that you love your item and choose to keep it, we understand that sometimes you change your mind. Please see below for the details: You may return your item within 60 Days of receiving it. The majority of our items come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty. If your item should happen to malfunction, please contact the Manufacturer directly for repair or replacement. If you choose not go through the Manufacturer and a Manufacturer’s Warranty is still in effect, there will be a 20% fee.
