While an act of kindness may be done without concern for gratitude, we wanted to give people an opportunity to document their experience. Our “Kindness Cards” have been cast out into the universe, and this has been set up to track their journey. Think of your experience in this as a necessary place in a row of falling dominoes. It is neat to see the momentum gained by your selfless act and how it leads to benefitting people further down the line. We can all play a part in writing a magnificent story.

These are not a chain letters that carry some superstitious hex if you do not participate. If nothing more comes out of them than a single smile; we will regard this project as a success. Inspiring a single genuine smile is an amazing thing.

Pass a card to someone (a stranger or not) that you unexpectedly do something kind for. Pick up you neighbors newspaper and slide it under the rubber band, pay for the person in line behind you and leave the card with the clerk to give to them or run your snow blower just a few sections further down the sidewalk and leave a card on the door. In other words: Do something nice for someone else and pass it along for them to do the same!
