"I have been looking at Roomba's for several years. When I saw Buy Happier's website with the 3 yr warranty offer, my wait was over. A lot of people think they are just a novelty, & they are quite entertaining to watch-- but also extremely thorough cleaners. I set up the virtual walls and let it do a combination of tile and berber carpet- then when it signals that it's done with that area I move the walls and do another portion of a thicker carpet. It's always amazing to see how much lint & 'stuff' is in the dust bin. I clean the filter with canned air, wipe it off with a damp paper towel, and it is ready to go again. Not sure if this refurbished 560 came with a fast charge battery, but it re-charges so quickly, maybe in about an hour. I've never had such clean floors. Unlike my sister's 'Neato' my Roomba finds it's charging base each and everytime. Love it ! "

"The item I wanted, a re-manufactured Roomba 560, was available at a very good price at Buy Happier, with an extended warranty far longer than the manufacturer offered. I ordered my unit online, and received it within a week. Buy Happier seems to be very easy to deal with and have responsive customer service. I soon plan to buy a second Roomba 560 for my upstairs floor and will most certainly order from Buy Happier. I am hoping that if anything goes wrong with my unit that these folks will prove to be as easy to deal with as they have been so far. I wish them all the success in the world."

"Awesome vac! For all appearances, the vac looks brand new in the box. Not a mark on it. We vacuum regularly but this Roomba picks up still more dust off of the floors and carpeting we just vacuumed ourselves. Its amazing! We set it to vacuum at 3 a.m. and when we get up the rooms are done. The modular design makes clean up and maintenance so easy. I'm recommending it to all my friends."

"Well we've had the Roomba 560 now for two weeks. Initially I got it because I have a screwed up back and couldn't manually push a vacuum around everyday. That said, if you have dogs and a hard floor this is a must! We bought ours on a website called buyhappier for $250. It is refurbished and not new, but it looked just as new as new could look! Normally I don't buy refurb's because the warranty is lousy. But not in this case! IRobot warrants their refurb's for 1 year, and at no additional cost the website buyhappier extends the warranty for an extra 2 years, giving you a 3 year warranty. This is important because after reading comments and reviews it seems something tends to go wrong after the first year or two. So, a new one with a 1 year warranty at a price of $330 or a refurb with a 3 year warranty at $250. Can you say "no brainer?"
Now, as for performance. We have two dogs that shed, shed, shed! The only way to maintain clean floors in our home(a converted mechanic's shop with concrete floors and linoleum in the industrial part of town(very dusty!))requires daily sweeping/vacuuming. Having to vacuum and sweep(since the vacuum can't get in the tight spots) for 20 minutes a day really makes you start to wonder how much you actually love your dogs! The Roomba 560 has taken care of all that! It's so nice to walk around barefoot without getting gobs of hair and dirt the dogs (and we I suppose) track into the house stuck to the bottom of your feet! Our Hoover 'pet hair model' upright vacuum doesn't even compare. The Hoover has only one spinning brush that tends to just shoot latent hair/debris back onto your feet as you vacuum along on a hard surface. The Roomba has two brushes spinning in opposite directions that gets it all on the first pass! And the fact that it fits under any piece of furniture that has feet is such an added bonus! No more tedious back breaking sweeping under furniture! Hooray! And the Roomba transitions well from our concrete floor onto our Persian rugs. I can't speak about how well it does on carpeting for we have no carpeting, and I'm not convinced the vacuuming suction can be that immense coming in such a small package. The only place I've found it doesn't clean, ironically, is a 1 foot circumference around the power base. Now, it's true the holding compartment for vacuumed up debris is tiny, about 3x the capacity of your typical dustbuster, so having dogs, I have to empty it twice in our 900sq. foot space. But honestly, who cares!? It literally takes 1 minute to take off, empty, and re-attach the dust bin. 2 minutes of emptying the dustbin sure beats 20 minutes of vacuuming(which doesn't even include sweeping under furniture!). I noticed today that it was making a noise like a squeaky door hinge, so I flipped it over and noticed a ton of dog hair and my wife's luxurious thick long hair tangled around the brushes. Dismantling and cleaning the brush heads was remarkably EASY and straight forward! Took me about 5 minutes just manually removing and unwinding the hair off the brushes. Piece of cake! And no more squeaks! I now know that if I hear that squeaky sound again it means the brushes need a quick cleaning. It may take it's sweet time sometimes to return to the base, but it has eventually ALWAYS returned to the charging base. After two weeks it already has a banged up 'patina' where it runs into walls and furniture (although a lot of times it senses these barriers ahead of time and slows down before making contact) but performance and ease trump appearance. We charge it after every use as recommended and if you keep up on the charge, it re-charges in no time flat(about 30 minutes)! And again our 900sq. ft. apartment is easily accomplished on one charge. It's nice that it has a programming feature to vacuum on a schedule. In my case though, I'm an artist and can't always guarantee socks, paint tubes, dog bones and other riff raff will always be out of the way, so I just hit the 'clean' button when I know the coast is clear and my floors are ready for it!
I've saved about 4 hours of my life not having to vacuum in the last two weeks. I make about $50/hr. so as far as I'm concerned this Roomba has already paid for itself!
Again, if your situation is similar to mine, I admonish you to do as I did and buy this product! You'll be amazed at how efficient this little bugger is, finding all the nooks and crannies most people are to lazy to find, and generally how much more fresh and clean your abode will be! If something goes wrong in the next 3 years, I'll be inconvenienced but not sweating it thanks to the warranty I have. When it starts doing my dishes for me and laughs at all my jokes, then I'll give it a name, which I've found is a popular thing for Roomba owners to do! Until then, it's just "that robot vacuum that kicks bum bum and keeps my floors dog hair and debris free"! (p.s. it's even picked up pennies and elastic hair bands.) "

"This is my first experience with the Roomba 560 and Buy Happy. Absolutely love my Rumba, shipped fast, no problems at all! Love coming home to clean floors, the 560 really does a great job. Just don't feed your dog on a paper plate, Roomba will clean that also. "
