Living up to our name, one customer at a time.

At a recent BuyHappier team meeting, my partner and I have been asked to finally get our “story” on paper. Guess we had to submit sometime. Oh well. Here it goes… Hope you enjoy.

Buy Happier was born out of one simple premise… TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER all the time, no matter what! Just being real and transparent to everyone we work with; co-workers, clients, vendors, suppliers, distributors…I think you get where I am going with this.

We got sick of being treated like a 5th class citizen when spending money. It’s really a crappy feeling to not be appreciated when buying a product, let alone having a simple question and waiting a lifetime to get an answer. As consumers, we hated being put on hold for 5 minutes at a time, the attitude, the hold music, and especially the customer service reps flat responses to questions. Nothing worse than being disconnected after 20 minutes of waiting for the right person, being hung up on, told to call back, or the single worse experience of not being able to get a human on the other end of the phone—oh yeah, we can’t forget about the famous “that product isn’t covered under warranty!” How lame is it that this service still exists. Hence we formed Buy Happier. Not to solve the world’s problems (even though we care very much about fixing the world) but to show appreciation, honor you as we would a close friend, and finally for the customer to feel like they are part of something larger than the product they purchased.

Buy Happier isn’t about a single product, it’s not about a brand, it’s about YOU. We want you to have the best experience EVER. We will stop at nothing to please. We truly have the wildest, most obscure stories to back this up, believe me. Call us, meet us, test us, trick us, or email us. Try and be sad, it won’t last long. We are different, we are special, we are a little too happy. We are pleased to meet you and make you happy.

Buy Happier….How can we make you Happy Today, Refreshing isn’t it?
