"I must admit, I was skeptical, at the price, I figured if it lasted a year I'd be happy. My Dyson25 (refurbished), stopped working about six months ago, I figured for what I paid, I had been lucky. While cleaning house, I found the paperwork from when I bought it in 2010. It had a 3 yr. warranty, that I didn't even remember it came with. I called the Buy Happier 800 number, a young lady, named Angela, got Dyson on a 3-way call with me, I told them the problem, he had me do a few things, then told Angela what the problem was. Three days after that phone call, I received a new brush head via UPS, put it on my Dyson, and it runs like new. VERY IMPRESSED!!, Thanks, I am telling all my friends, and anyone who will listen, GREAT company, and something very UNUSUAL these days, STOOD BEHIND their product. BRAVO! The Dyson guy did tell me about cleaning my filters, (which until then, I didn't know I had),so with that info, it should help my vacuum last for many years AFTER that 3 year warranty has expired. "The customer service & support from buyhappier.com is superb! I bought a neato 11 robotic vacuum & had problems with it because of a software version issue. While neato company itself told me I needed to get a compatible USB adapter to download updated software MYSELF, even though they sold me a defective product that required this update to operate correctly, buyhappier.com immediately assumed responsibility for this error & sent me a return label & shipped out a replacement neato 11 with verified updated software. The support representative , Bradley Honig, had an immediate grasp of the problem & took ownership of this problem with the attitude "I want a satisfied customer and this problem WILL be resolved by us in a way that does not inconvenience you the customer." Brad represented this company well & true to its name. I wish I received this kind of service & support from every business I shop with. This type of support is a throw-back to at least the 1950's. "I ordered the Shark Navigator Lift-away Vacuum cleaner from Buy Happier and I couldn't be more satisfied. The price was very competitive with other online merchants. The package arrived promptly and everything was intact. A few months later, the Turbo Pet Hair accessory, that came with the Shark system, stopped working. When I called Buy Happier, a customer service representative (Jin) went above and beyond to make sure that I was sent a new replacement. "I am so impressed with this company (BuyHappier.com) and its excellent customer service! We bought a Roomba vacuum about a year ago, with a 3-year warranty (the price was very good). It worked fine but the battery started running out quickly on it, so we decided to contact BuyHappier to have them check it out. When I sent an email to them, they responded right away!! (Either the same day or the next day). They emailed me a UPS packaging label. I actually took about a week to send it back to them. I received a notification from UPS that it was delivered and the next day April from customer service contacted me and let me know I forgot to include my accessories (charger). I let her know I would mail it to them and she notified me that she would send a replacement unit right away and that I should receive it within 5 business days. Wow, I am just so impressed! I would fully expect a company to wait until they received the missing parts to send it out but this exceeded all of my expectations. "I ordered a Tyson DC24 vacuum cleaner on 2/9/12 via e-bay. The order was shipped the same day and arrived on 2/13/12. Very well packed and assembled the vacuum cleaner and tried it out. It works fine. Checking the inventory, I noticed that a 3 year free warranty was included but was not part of the package. Also one attachment (stair) was not included. I called Buy happier rep and reported the above. She mentioned the three year warranty is included as part of their web site. I have printed it out for future reference. Also, within a matter of hours, the missing stair attachment has been put into shipping channels which I should receive in a short time. Great service and great follow-up. "I ordered the Ninja 1100 as a Christmas gift on 11/29/2011 and received it within 5 days, so I was really happy with delivery time. The model I received was the Ninja 1200 though. I spoke with Angela at BuyHappier.com and she was able to get it exchanged for the model number I originally wanted. (We have low cabinets and to be able to store it on our counter and pushed back so it's underneath the cabinets the unit needs to come out of the base, which the 1100 does but the 1200 doesn't). "I was looking for some products on the web. As I couldn't find it, I met Buy Happier accidentally on a link from another site. As they had the product I was looking for, I bought it as soon as I saw it. The general information was quite good, even though with some missing details in specifications. It was not a problem, as I found those specs somewhere else. Anyway, the order confirmation was accurate and fast, and seemed to comply with my requirements in price and delivery. After a couple of days, within the specified delay for international purchases, I felt a little confused with the order status, as I bought the product prior to do the “customer registration”, so I wasn’t able to do the tracking by myself. That’s why I used the customer service chat, meeting Valery. She was so much than kind, helping me on tracking the order status. As I needed the product in a specific date, and the process for Intl. Purchases is a little longer, she helped me on checking and certifying that it was a real purchase from someone who wanted to, and not coming from someone’s stolen credit card. This is important for someone like me, as I’m not 100% sure when buying something from a recently known store (for me). Chatting with Valery we both checked the Credit Card charges and we certified both ways that the purchase was as expected. This way, she helped me on skipping a couple of days in checking that, as regularly done. As the dispatch was supposed to be done in a week, during Christmas time (with all the risks involved in this period), Valery tried really hard to confirm the final delivery date and/or checking for sooner availability. She gave me all the available options, with no pressure of any kind, feeling free to choose under my own convenience: she even suggested other products options and the chance to cancel the order in case the delivery wasn’t good enough for me. She checked other products availability and terms, including those that unfortunately where meant to be delivered only within the USA. Besides, she helped on checking some technical data missing on the webpage (like the operating voltage range of the product). Finally, I choose the first option, as she was able to guarantee the delivery date. I’m very satisfied about this purchase, not by the product itself (that I haven’t get yet) but for the service involved. It gives me the necessary confidence on buying from thousands of miles away, as well as the confidence on Buy Happier responsibility in case anything unwanted may happen. Well done Buy Happier! "I ordered a recertified Dyson vacuum from Amazon and the product was to be provided through Buy Happier. I received the invoice from them and clicked on the link to the reseller. I noticed that they also had the Dyson 24 which is currently still in production and the one I ordered was no longer being manufactured by Dyson. I called Buy Happier and asked them to change the order from the Dyson 17 to the 24 since they were the same price. I was so pleased that in the most efficient and courteous manner Joy of Buy Happier took care of the issue and confirmed the change order almost immidiately through email. "They had the best deal (awesome warranty, too) on the Neato XV-11. After scouring the internet for hours, maybe days, I found BuyHappier. I clicked the 'Purchase' button and about 2 minutes later found out that the vacuum wouldn't fit under my cabinet nor furniture...ahh! So I asked for mercy and for them to cancel my order...and they did! I didn't get stuck with a product that I would have to pay return shipping on...thank goodness. So although some may not count my comment as valid being that I canceled an order, I think it's important to note that they made sure not to ship it to try and convince me to keep it...for that I'm glad. "I am an avid Amazon Prime shopper, and came across Buy Happier by accident while trying to research some of the aspects of a product (they turned out to be a seller of the same product on Amazon also...so maybe that's how I ended up on the site...from a review link?). I couldn't find answers to my questions anywhere, and saw a 'Live Chat' box on BH (generally useless most sites). My chat service agent, April M., took some time and was unable to find the info I needed within her product specs, so offered to call the company direct and email me back within a short, specified period. She was able to get answers for all of my questions, and furnished even more pertinent information for my consideration. I have to say, not only was I extremely pleased, I was actually stunned by the service. As I think most people will agree, Customer Service is almost non-existent nowadays...especially knowledgeable and helpful Customer Service (I frequently feel like I know more than the people I've called). It seems the first cutback companies make is in service. I am a loyal repeat shopper, so almost felt guilty not buying on Amazon, but BH service was so exemplary, that it needed to be rewarded with the sale. I have since read 'About the Company' on their link on Amazon, and it indicates that exact purpose in their work ethic...to provide service and a pleasant shopping experience (hence the name!). They sent me a confirmation email that said I should receive a followup email with the tracking number, which I didn't receive. I called them the next day, got right through to someoen, and they apologized, credited me an extra $10, and made sure that I would get the camera within 3 days. On top of that, the camera come with a 3 year warranty, which from what I have heard, its really easy to take advantage of, should I need it. So basically I got a $240 camera for $220. the same one on ebay is $230, with no warranty. I never write reviews but I was so pleased with this place I just had to. "I was very disappointed that I was unable to use the new Ninja machine I bought because while the power button did come on it flashed and the machine didn't work. I called in to find out how to return my machine as well as the machine I bought for someone as a gift. I was confident in choosing it because there is a 60 day money back guarantee and a 3yr warranty if something goes wrong. I loved the camera but unfortunately, I received a bad stock. It wouldn't power on/off properly. Angela offered to send a replacement as soon as I send back the one I had. Unfortunately, I'm in the Philippines and shipping would cost more for me since I can't use the UPS label she sent. I requested for a refund instead. The refund took 2 days. "I couldn't be happier! I purchased my item from the company through eBay for a wrestling event that was a little over a week from my date of purchase. It was the best price I'd found, and the listing proclaimed "Guaranteed Same Day Shipping!" so I was confident I would get it in time. When two days passed, and I received no shipping confirmation, I called their customer service number. Kevin asked how he could help, and I told him the situation. He expressed an apology over what was apparently an error- they offer the same-day shipping on their website, but not on eBay. He offered a percentage off my next purchase, but I told him the only reason I had purchased from them was because of the same-day shipping, and told him specifically what the camera was for. It began a very nice conversation about kids, and wrestling, and had a few laughs thrown in. By the time we were finished, he had rerouted my item, and changed my shipping method to 2nd-Day Air to ensure I would have it in time to catch the smiles on my kids' faces when they see their favorite wrestlers in person for the first time. I had assumed this was going to be a HUGE pain- I'd have to call back later and explain what Kevin told me to some other guy who would tell me he had no clue what I was talking about and say he couldn't do what I'd been promised- but it was SO easy, and they were VERY willing to help sort out a problem. So I reordered thinking they were back in stock. I called 2 days later and spoke with Valery. She was so kind, gracious, and respectful to me. "My inital experience with BuyHappier was really refreshing. I had to purchase a gift for my husband for his Birthday. The GPS that I picked out was supposed to ship that day and I paid the extra postage for 2nd day air. For whatever reason, it didn't make that shipment. I contacted Customer Service and Rep Nick replied very quickly apologizing for the error and shipped out my order Next Day Air at no extra charge! The order came in on time for my Husband's Birthday! Unfortunately my husband received 2 GPS units so I had to return the one I purchased, BUT my husband was wanting a new digital camera and picked one out and when I checked BuyHappier website, they had the model he wanted.
