Our Warranty picks up where the Manufacturer leaves off
Buy Happier, LLC 3 Year Warranty
HOW LONG THE WARRANTY WORKS:Once the Manufacturer’s Warranty runs out, if there is any mechanical or electrical failure that is covered under the Manufacturer’s Original Warranty, then Buy Happier will repair or replace your item if possible for 3 Years from your date of purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED:Mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use of your item that are a part of the Manufacturer’s Original Warranty. Your item is covered for up to the full purchase price of your item (excluding any tax or shipping charges).
HOW THE COVERAGE WORKS:For items still covered by a Manufacturer Warranty at the time of the claim: We will be happy to assist you with filing a claim with the Manufacturer.
Repairable Items: We will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Once we have received your item, it will be repaired in 7-14 days and then shipped back to you at no cost.
Replacements or Reimbursements: If the item is not repairable or it is not cost effective to repair, we will replace your defective item with the same item when available. If the item is no longer available or is is not cost effective to replace, we will reimburse you your original purchase price, excluding any tax or shipping charges. We generally pay claims within 7 days of receiving your item back.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
Please refer to the details of the Manufacturer’s Warranty and expanded limitations below;
Accessories and Consumer Replaceable Parts: We don’t cover accessories and parts that are meant to be replaced by the consumer, such as batteries and ink cartridges.
Items used for other than according to the Manufacturer’s specifications: We do not cover items that are mis-used or used in manners other that per the Manufacturer’s specification – such as vacuums meant for personal use that are used in a commercial setting.
VALUE OF YOUR WARRANTY:The total value of your warranty is equal to the purchase price of your item, excluding any tax or shipping charges.
RECEIPTS:You must have a copy of your receipt and order number in order to file a claim.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
The total amount that we will pay for repairs or replacement made in connection with all claims that you make shall not exceed the purchase price of the item, less taxes and shipping charges. In the event that we make payment for repairs, which in aggregate, are equal to the purchase price or replace the item with a new, rebuilt, refurbished or recertified product of equal or similar features and functionality, we will have no further obligations under this warranty.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST TIME, OR LOST DATA RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF ANY PRODUCT OR EQUIPMENT OR FROM DELAYS IN SERVICE OR THE INABILITY TO RENDER SERVICE.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED, expanded:
MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT NECESSITATED BY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE OTHER THAN NORMAL USE AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER’S SPECIFICATIONS AND OWNER’S MANUAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THEFT OR LOSS, EXPOSURE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS, FAILURE TO PROPERLY CLEAN, MAINTAIN OR LUBRICATE, OPERATOR NEGLIGENCE, MISUSE, ABUSE, IMPROPER ELECTRICAL/POWER SUPPLY, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS, IMPROPER EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS, ATTACHMENTS OR INSTALLATION OR ASSEMBLY, VANDALISM, ANIMAL OR INSECT INFESTATION, RUST, DUST, CORROSION, DEFECTIVE BATTERIES, BATTERY LEAKAGE, OR ACTS OF NATURE OR ANY OTHER PERIL ORIGINATING FROM OUTSIDE THE PRODUCT;
COSMETIC DAMAGE TO CASE OR CABINETRY OR OTHER NON-OPERATING PARTS OR COMPONENTS WHICH DOES NOT AFFECT THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE COVERED PRODUCT;
TELEVISION OR PERSONAL COMPUTER MONITOR SCREEN IMPERFECTIONS, INCLUDING “BURN-IN” OR BURNED CRT PHOSPHOR;
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE LCD SCREENS WHEN THE FAILURE IS CAUSED BY ABUSE;
ACCIDENTAL OR INTENTIONAL DAMAGE, CRACKED OR DAMAGED MONITOR, LAPTOP OR DISPLAY SCREENS, LIQUID DAMAGE, LOST BUTTONS OR KNOBS ETC.;
CASES WHEREIN THE MANUFACTURER ACKNOWLEDGES THE EXISTENCE OF A VALID MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY AND DENIES A CLAIM AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY;
ACCESSORIES SUCH AS POWER ADAPTERS, AND/OR CONSUMER REPLACEABLE OR CONSUMABLE ITEMS SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO BATTERIES, BULBS, TONER, RIBBON, INK CARTRIDGES, DRUMS, PRINTER HEADS, BELTS, BLADES, STRINGS, ETC.;
PRODUCT WITH REMOVED OR ALTERED SERIAL NUMBERS;
DAMAGE OR EQUIPMENT FAILURE WHICH IS COVERED BY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, MANUFACTURER’S RECALL, OR FACTORY BULLETINS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE MANUFACTURER IS DOING BUSINESS AS AN ONGOING ENTERPRISE);
DAMAGE TO COMPUTER HARDWARE, SOFTWARE AND DATA CAUSED BY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, VIRUSES, APPLICATION PROGRAMS, NETWORK PROGRAMS, UPGRADES, FORMATTING OF ANY KIND,DATABASES, FILES, DRIVERS, SOURCE CODE, OBJECT CODE OR PROPRIETARY DATA, OR ANY SUPPORT, CONFIGURATION, INSTALLATION OR RE-INSTALLATION OF ANY SOFTWARE OR DATA;
CHARGES RELATED TO TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE, CUSTOMER EDUCATION, CLEANING, PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, “NO PROBLEM FOUND” DIAGNOSIS, NON FAILURE PROBLEMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ITEMS NOT COVERED SUCH AS NOISES, SQUEAKS, ETC.
