Free Ground Shipping on your entire order anywhere in the United States. Most orders placed by 2:00pm CST, Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST or on weekends will ship the next business day.
While we reserve the right to ship by any carrier we choose for your Free Ground Shipping, most orders will ship via UPS. Please note that we cannot ship via UPS to P.O Boxes. If you upgrade your shipping for faster delivery, we will ship via the method of your choosing.
As soon as your item ships, you will receive notification along with a tracking number. Just click on your tracking number and that will tell you when to expect your package.
Lowest Price Guarantee
We will match the lowest price of a reputable on-line competitor provided that their item advertised is the exact same item and is currently available through their site. Out of stock listings do not qualify for the price match guarantee. The total for comparison must include all applicable taxes and shipping charges. Just contact our Customer Support team and they will be happy to match a price for you.
60 Day Return Policy
While we hope that love your item and choose to keep it, we understand that sometimes you change your mind. Please see below for the details:
You may return your item within 60 Days of receiving it. New, unopened merchandise will be refunded the purchase price. Opened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping. An open item that is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manual will be subject to an additional Missing Item fee.
The majority of our items come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty. If your item should happen to malfunction, please contact the Manufacturer directly for repair or replacement. If you choose not go through the Manufacturer and a Manufacturer’s Warranty is still in effect, there will be a 20% fee, plus the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund via the same method that was used for payment. Refunds are usually processed that day after receipt of the item yet can take 2 to 4 business days for the credit to be reflected on your statement.
